The quick-load door facilitates manual loading of samples into and out of the vacuum chamber and is widely used in different systems. The injection door is equipped with a spring-loaded handle locking device. The regular version of this product is sealed with an elastic Viton O-ring, suitable for vacuum up to 10-8 mbar, and the window material is replaceable quartz glass. This product is suitable for all CF flanges and can be docked with other equipment.

Some operations in the vacuum system may cause damage to the window.

For example, metal evaporation in ultra-high vacuum systems can cause the surface of the window to be coated, making the inner surface of the window a reflective mirror. This results in the need to remove the window and clean the surface before reuse.
