The quick-load door facilitates manual loading of samples into and out of the vacuum chamber and is widely used in different systems. The injection door is equipped with a spring-loaded handle locking device. The unique patented design (utility model patent number: 201720665992.9) avoids excessive internal pressure and damage to the pre-extraction chamber. The regular version of this product is sealed with an elastic Viton O-ring, suitable for vacuum up to 10-8 mbar, and the window material is replaceable quartz glass. This product is suitable for all CF flanges and can be docked with other equipment.

For example, metal evaporation in ultra-high vacuum systems can cause the surface of the window to be coated, making the inner surface of the window a reflective mirror. This results in the need to remove the window and clean the surface before reuse.

To overcome this problem, we provide a series of window baffles.

We provide lamella shutter and shutter shutters to choose from. Shutter shutters are aimed at large observation ports. The advantage is that the shutter opening movement traces are smooth and the amplitude is small.

CF Zero length Viewports are used to view the interior of the vacuum chamber and view the process and/or manipulation.

Manufactured from: 304L stainless steel. Helium Leak tested to 10-10 mbar. They are supplied in a sealed plastic bag with protective plastic caps.

The CF Zero-length Viewport is manufactured to the CF Standard and is compatible with other supplier’s product.
