Some operations in the vacuum system may cause damage to the window. For example, metal evaporation in ultra-high vacuum systems can cause the surface of the window to be coated, making the inner surface of the window a reflective mirror. This results in the need to remove the window and clean the surface before reuse.

To overcome this problem, we provide a series of window baffles.

We provide lamella shutter and shutter shutters to choose from. Shutter shutters are aimed at large observation ports. The advantage is that the shutter opening movement traces are smooth and the amplitude is small.

CF Zero length Viewports are used to view the interior of the vacuum chamber and view the process and/or manipulation.

Manufactured from: 304L stainless steel. Helium Leak tested to 10-10 mbar. They are supplied in a sealed plastic bag with protective plastic caps.

The CF Zero-length Viewport is manufactured to the CF Standard and is compatible with other supplier’s product.
