The linear drive adopts a trapezoidal screw structure to ensure the smooth operation of the upper flange, making the sample transfer more accurate and stable in the ultra-high vacuum environment.

This product is available in different flange specifications and strokes. The standard configuration is manual drive, if you need motor drive, please contact us.
