Concept Vacuum supply CF flanged edge-welded bellows for high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum systems using 316L stainless steel bellows and 304L stainless steel CF flanges. Edge-welded bellows provide a compact, highly flexible solution where movement, alignment adjustment, vibration isolation or thermal expansion compensation is required.

Unlike hydraulically formed metal hoses, edge-welded bellows allow for greater axial flexibility and naturally return towards their free length when not under vacuum, typically settling between their compressed and extended lengths. Supplied with CF flanges, these assemblies are compatible with the most widely used connection system UHV equipment, including gauges, instruments, accessories, and feedthroughs.
