Machined from a single block of AISI 304L stainless steel, this six-way cube provides a compact and highly versatile vacuum chamber for UHV applications. Six DN63CF ports offer access on all faces, whilst additional bolt-hole patterns on two ports provide increased flexibility when orientating viewports, feedthroughs, and instrumentation. The cubic geometry makes this chamber particularly suitable for compact experimental rigs, vacuum test systems and general-purpose UHV development.
