Machined from a single billet of AISI 316L stainless steel, this sixteen-sided vacuum chamber provides exceptional port density whilst eliminating welds, crevices, and virtual leak paths. Featuring two DN200CF ports, eight DN40CF ports and eight DN16CF ports, it offers outstanding experimental flexibility for complex UHV and XHV systems requiring extensive optical, diagnostic and process access. Particularly suited to advanced quantum, plasma, and spectroscopy applications where multiple instrument connections must be accommodated within a compact envelope.
