The core of any thin film deposition system is a high performing vacuum technology. Chamber design, choosing the correct raw materials that are manufactured, machined and conditioned to UHV state of the art standards, is the stepping-stone for systems that are built to develop novel materials. Knowing how to choose appropriate pumping according to application requirements, while designing sample handling and sample treatment relevant to process conditions, form the basis of every Vinci Technologies system. We design and optimise flanges that use OEM solutions adapted to the process environment. Our flexibility and knowledge in system design allows us to create products for a range of categories.

Over the years, we have provided small R&D lab systems for student learning, all the way up to full turnkey Nanotechnology centres. All our systems are controlled by our own robust SCADA software to allow users to create and run protocols for their process applications.
